Acting director general of SA “Apă-Canal Chisinau” (ACC) Anatolie Likii assured that there are no risks to the supply of the municipality of Chisinau with water following the rise in the level of water in the Nistru River, IPN reports.

In the June 29 meeting of officials of Chisinau services and divisions, the ACC director said the level of water in the Nistru this morning was 16.2 meters, being slightly lower than the previous days. The water pumping station works as usual. All the measures were taken to prevent floods.

An orange code advisory for floods is in force until July 2.
