Energocom has booked commercial capacities at the border with Romania in order to supplement domestic production with energy purchased under bilateral contracts and on the stock exchange. Thus, the electricity needs will be fully covered on Friday, January 31, IPN reports.

On the last day of January, the consumption of electricity on the right bank of the Nistru River is forecasted to be similar to that of the previous day.

The company urges consumers to use electricity rationally during peak hours in order not only to have lower bills, but also to ensure the reliability of the electricity system.
