The new project of the Audio-Visual Code, adopted on the 6th of April in first reading by the Parliament is a rudimentary document overcome by far by the regulations of the European Audio-Visual. According to them, „the project’s elaboration process was done totally not transparent, and the content of the project was displayed on the Parliament’s site in short term before its examination in the Parliamentary session, constituting a surprise”.
