The first top-level Black Sea Forum for Dialogue and Partnership summit will take place in Bucharest
The first top-level Black Sea Forum for Dialogue and Partnership summit will take place in Bucharest. „The top-level summit of the forum represents the start of an inflow of events destined to lead to an advanced interaction, at different levels, and it has the support and contribution of the European and Euro-Atlantic community”, is said in a press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania.
The Forum aims to identify the convergence points of investment projects, scientific researches, regional initiatives and political processes through a series of different formats activities. The Forum will help the Black Sea countries to foresee and to solve quickly and efficiently possible problems, before these issues become threats to the regional security. The Black Sea Forum for Dialogue and Partnership summit will allow create a proactive view on the joint future of the region, changing more and more determined the centre of gravity from „anticipating” to „foreshadowing” and „planning”.
The presidents, the heads of Government and the ministers of Foreign Affairs of the countries from the region, EU and NATO countries’ ministers of foreign affairs, EU, NATO, OSCE, Council of Europe representatives, think-tanks and the regional, European and North American NGOs will participate at the summit.
The summit will take place on June 5, in Romania.
