Settling the Transnistrian conflict must be included in the dialogue between the civil society and the political opposition parties from both sides of Nistru, declared on Monday, May 22, Dumitru Braghish. The leader of the Social Democracy Party (SDPM) Braghish said that during the last few years, the present communist government acted incorrectly at any initiative of the opposition to settle the conflict; treating the problem as an exclusive prerogative of the government and that only it has the right to have opinions and to solve the conflict, the leader of SDPM. Braghish presented some ideas of his report, which will be presented on May 24 in London at an international conference regarding the settlement of the Transnistrian conflict. The conference will take place at the Royal Institute of International Relations. The representatives of Chisinau and Tiraspol, Russian and British experts will participate at the event. As well Moldovan diplomats accredited in London were invited.
