Democratic Party MP Valentina Stratan Thursday made an interpellation in the Parliament demanding the Cabinety to check the quality of the thermal agent delivered by Termocom, the Chisinau heat supplier, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the parliamentarian, many house managers are puzzled about the quality of the thermal agent delivered by SA Termocom. There are lots of air bubbles. “The problem is that these bubbles increase the consumption of thermal agent, that is they are metered together with the water. In other words, SA Termocom sells air to us, Valentina Stratan said. She has asked the premier to order a thorough verification of the thermal agent delivered by Termocom and to check if the services the company supplies match the Law on consumer protection, and to notify the police if necessary. According to the Parliament's regulation the Cabinet is to provide an answer within two weeks. When asked by Info-Prim Neo, Termocom's press unit has said they will issue a communique on this matter to be posted on the company's web site.
