The weather forecasters issued a yellow code advisory for high winds for March 15 and 16. The wind will blow at a speed of up to 23 meters per second. The coming days the temperatures are expected to fell by 11 °C, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the State Hydrometeorology Service, on March 15 and 16 the wind will intensify to 15-20 meters per second, locally to 21-23 meters per second. On March 16 and 17, the weather will grow colder. The average daytime temperature will decrease by 8-11° Cto -2 and +3°C, while at night the temperatures will drop to minus 10°C. Next week, the temperatures will gradually rise to 17°C during the day.
