The Moldagrotech International Specialized Exhibition reached its 45th anniversary. The event will take place between March 12 and 15, and the organizers promise to present the latest agricultural technologies and innovative solutions for farmers and specialists working in the field, IPN reports.

At a press conference centering on the event, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, as well as the organizers underlined the role of the exhibition as an essential platform for exchanging experience and promoting technological progress in agriculture.

Moldexpo Exhibitions Center director Zinaida Popa highlighted the importance of the event for the agricultural sector: "It is an exhibition intended mainly for businesses. So, we invite all those interested in the field to discover the opportunities offered."

For her part, Minister Ludmila Catlabuga noted the importance of the periodicity of this exhibition, which is held in spring and in autumn, given that agriculture develops constantly.

Besides the presentation of modern equipment and technologies, the program includes seminars and thematic discussions aimed at assisting farmers in adopting sustainable practices, said the organizers.

One of the highlights of the edition is the participation of a number of international companies.

For the first time, Moldagrotech will host the "Agrogeneration 2025" platform, where students of the Technical University of Moldova will present innovative ideas for the future of agriculture. Also, practical demonstrations will be staged through the "Machinery in Action" format, and a specialized fair will provide visitors with saplings and vines for orchards and vineyards.

The exhibition starts at 11:00 a.m. on March 12, while the fair will be open until March 16.
