The Supreme Court of Justice remained without a judge. This is Gennady Nikolaev. Parliament on November 17 adopted a decision by which the judge was discharged from post based on his resignation, IPN reports.
Gennady Nikolaev had served at the Supreme Court of Justice since 2007.
The judges of the Supreme Court of Justice are named to post by Parliament at the suggestion of the Superior Council of Magistracy and hold office up to the age limit of 65.
