Storm leaves damaged cars and broken windows behind in Chisinau

The storm that has happened in Chisinau this afternoon downed trees, damaged vehicles and caused traffic jams.
Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, the head of the Green Areas Division Eliferii Haruta said a tree on Alexandru cel Bun St fell over two parked cars. Fortunately, there was no one inside them. Several windows have been broken in an apartment building located on Albisoara St.
Those who were on Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd. when the storm broke had been stuck in traffic for a while after a tree fell in the middle of the street, close to the intersection with Mihai Viteazu St. There are no victims, the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service has said.
