The National Extraordinary Public Health Commission decided to extend the state of public health emergency until September 15. Respectively, all the current restrictions were also extended, IPN reports.
The Government reminds that the citizens coming from countries with a low infection risk who will enter Moldova as of September 1 will not need to self-isolate.
The schools and kindergartens are reopened on September 1. They will work based on clear instructions and by strictly obeying the sanitary-epidemiological norms. The decision to reopen schools is taken by founders. If the institutions do not meet the necessary conditions, they will not get an authorization for operating.
The authorities reiterate the importance of obeying the three key rules for stopping the spread of the virus – frequent washing of the hands, maintaining of physical distance of one meter and correct wearing of masks in closed and crowded places.
