Social Democratic Party not to attend last fall sitting of Parliament
The Social-Democratic deputies announced that they do not take part in this year’s last sitting of the Parliament, “as a protest to the irresponsible attitude of the parliamentary majority to the multiple legislative proposals offered by the Social-Democrats throughout the year,” Info-Prim Neo reports.
A communique issued by the PSD’s press center Friday reads that, it is, especially, about the refuse to accept working out and adopting rapidly a national anti-crisis Plan; the refuse to accept stopping the privatization of assets of strategic importance for the national economy in the crisis period and rejecting the social-democratic initiative on creating an independent Agency for protecting the consumers’ rights.
