Some of the legal persons, which were included in the list of persons associated with the subject of restrictions Ilan Shor, have been reclassified from associated legal persons to legal persons controlled by Sor, IPN reports on a communiqué issued by the Information and Security Service.

According to the SIS, the attribution of the status of persons controlled by the subject of the restrictions implies more drastic measures on the included legal entities, namely the blocking of funds and economic resources of the legal entities.

The clarifications were made by the Intelligence and Security Service in the context of an "erroneous information distributed on social platforms on the exclusion of legal persons from the list of persons in respect of whom there is evidence, documented information that they are associated with the subject of restrictions".

Thus, the legal persons concerned were included in the list of legal persons in respect of which there is documented information that they are under the control of the subject of restrictions Ilan Sor, approved by order of the Director of SIS.

These orders are to be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and communicated to public authorities in order to take the necessary actions, the SIS press release said.
