Sheriff won against Zaria Balti away by 2-0 in the last match of the tenth stage of the National Division. Both of the goals were scored in the first half, by Oancea and Kulusic, IPN reports.

Sheriff won the seventh consecutive victory and remains two points ahead of Milsami.

“We had to win following the success of those from Milsami. We could have scored more goals, but I’m satisfied with the play,” Sheriff coach Roberto Bordin told a news conference.

The other matches of the tenth stage ended as follows: Spicul - Petrocub 0-4, Dacia - Sfantul Gheorghe 1-0, Speranta - Milsami 1-3 and Zimbru - Dinamo-Auto 1-0.
