Contradictory messages released in the public space by different actors in the real estate domain denote a serious situation created around Proimobil.md company. Dissensions refer to both the name of the company and the conflict situation among the team members. The parties accuse each other of "coercion", "blackmail", "illegality", but also of "tax evasion" in very large proportions ", IPN reports.
One of the press releases comes from Pro Imobil Company Ltd and "draws public attention to a worrying phenomenon that it has been facing for several months now. Vladislav Musteață, Pro Imobil brand founder, who currently has no legal relation with our company, exerts unprecedented restraint measures on Pro Imobil Company employees and partners.”
The authors of the document state that, "by abuse of trust and tempting but illegal financial promises, he has lured into his criminal scheme, dozens of real estate agents with whom Pro Imobil Company has signed collaboration contracts. To put it simply: Vladislav Musteață buys real estate from his own money, registers it on the name of our agents, then sells it at a much higher price. Most of the amounts are collected in cash and taken out of the Republic of Moldova. By not paying taxes derived from hundreds of real estate transactions, he is causing great damage to the public budget. It is incomprehensible that Vladislav Musteață continues his illegal activities, although 4 criminal cases on tax evasion have been initiated against him”.
According to the authors, the seriousness of the situation has reached a critical point, given the fact that the nearly 300 real estate agents of Pro Imobil Company "are working on the streets today and are signing real estate transactions in the trunk of their own cars. Those who come to the company's headquarters are called and coerced by Vladislav Musteață. In the light of the above mentioned, we call on the responsible authorities to take into account the seriousness of the situation and to act in an operative manner. Otherwise, a company that insures hundreds of jobs and pays all taxes to the state, risks to go bankrupt.
The Pro Imobil Company’s press release specifies that in the created situation there are two different companies: "Pro Imobil Grup - the company founded by Vladislav Musteață which is currently undergoing an insolvency process with seizures on assets worth about 50 million lei, and Pro Imobil Company - the company that manages the Pro Imobil brand at present”
The press release that expresses the other point of view operates with the generic name "Proimobil": "Proimobil draws the attention of media and authorities to the intimidation and blackmail to which all company’s employees and agents are being subjected. The actions come from a criminal group that since 2017, through legal cases instituted by order of Plahotniuc regime, controlled the activity of the company. For over 2 months these people intimidate the agencies and do not pay salaries, company employees being menaced with new ordered cases,” maintains the press release in an attempt to create the impression that it comes from “the entire Proimobil group”.
