Three persons, among whom a child, were hurt when the car in which they travelled collided head-on with a truck carrying cement near Chetrosu village of Anenii Noi district. An extrication team was called in to take the car driver out.

Contacted by IPN, Silvia Vetcu, press officer of the Anenii Noi Police Inspectorate, said that according to the preliminary version, the car went out of control and reached the contraflow lane. As a result of the impact with the truck, two passengers, including a child aged 11, and the driver of the car suffered injuries and were taken to the district hospital.

The extrication team that travelled to the scene took the driver out of the damaged car. Silvia Vetcu said the minor boy sustained minor injuries, while the other two victims are in a more serious state, but are conscious.

The exact circumstances of the accident are yet to be found out.
