The 27 aspirants who contended for the post of mayor general of the municipality of Chsinau got scores of 0.03% to 50.62%, according to the preliminary data published by the Central Election Commission. The mayoral election was won by the National Alternative Movement’s candidate Ion Ceban, IPN reports.

The preliminary results are as follows:
