Salaries in institutions with state functions will be calculated according to norms for central public administration bodies
The salaries in the organizations to which the government delegated a part of its duties will be calculated according to the norms fixed for the bodies of the central public administration, Info-Prim Neo reports.
These organizations include the institutions subordinated to ministries that are not considered bodies of the central public administration and whose employees are not considered civil servants.
Among these institutions are the State Registration Chamber, IS Registru, IS Moldata, the Agroindustrial Agency “Moldova –Vin”, the Division for Verifying and Approving Construction Projects, IS Cadastru, IS Registrul Navelor etc.
Under the regulations approved by the executive, the salaries will be fixed on the basis of the first salary category by adding bonuses for the results achieved at work and the seniority increment.
First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Dodon said that it is normal when the state delegates some of its functions to certain organizations. “This does not mean that the employees of these institutions must be paid salaries of 60,000 lei, as for instance at IS Cadastru,” Dodon said.
