The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania offers scholarships for doctoral and post-doctoral studies to Moldovan researchers. A scholarship is provided for three to six months, starting with February 1, 2014. The deadline for submissions is November 15, 2013, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué of the Embassy of Romania in Chisinau.

Those who want to take part in the contest and to continue their studies in Romania must fill out an application form that can be downloaded from the official website of the Francophone University Agency that manages this program.

The scholarships are offered within the “Eugen Ionescu” Program that is intended for persons studying for their doctorate and researchers from the member states of the International Organization of the Francophonie.
