The Eastern Partnership Summit has started in Riga, Latvia. Moldova’s delegation at this event is headed by President Nicolae Timofti, IPN reports.

The delegation consists of the secretary general of the President’s Staff Ion Paduraru, presidential adviser on public communication Vlad Turcanu, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Natalia Gherman, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Daniela Cujba and Moldova’s Ambassador to Latvia Alexei Cracan.

The key subjects from the summit’s agenda will be discussed on May 22. Today there will be held meetings, including bilateral, between politicians and experts, roundtable meetings and a business forum.
