Renato Usatyi: I voted for a Moldova free from “kulioace” and schemes

“I voted for a better life, for a Republic of Moldova free from “kulioace” (bags, e.n.) and schemes,” the leader of the Our Party Political Party Renato Usatyi, who runs for President, stated after voting, IPN reports.

The candidate came to vote together with his daughter and his patents. He noted he voted for the state to take care of all the citizens – pensioners, children – in the same way as he takes care of his children and parents. He also voted for the Moldovans abroad to return home and be near their children and embrace and kiss them in reality, not through Skype.

According to the candidate, the people, regardless of nationality and spoken language, should be united. Renato Usatyi called on the people to go and vote as changes cannot be brought about by staying at home.

A voter turnout of at least one third of the voters is needed for the elections to be validated. The polls are open until 9pm. If need be, their program will be extended for two hours. As many as 2 807 182 citizens eligible to vote are expected to go to the polls today.
