Registration for fourth Financial Education Camp starts

The participants in the fourth online Financial Education Camp that will take place during August 7-10 will learn about Moldova’s financial system, the new changes in the supervision of the system and other issues, IPN reports.

The participants in the camp will discover interesting things about innovative payments, how to act to safely make electronic payments and what the tendencies in the development of online trade are. The persons older than 18 who want to enrich their knowledge of the financial sector are invited to fill out a form by August 5, 4pm.

One of the sessions will be devoted to persons who intend to start a business and to those who already have relevant experience. Those interested will learn how to register an entrepreneurial activity in Moldova and how to access state financing programs and use leading instruments by avoiding risks of over-indebtedness. The workshop will also center on the national currency’s role in the economy and the safety signs of the Moldovan leu. The event will be held online on the Zoom platform, the National Bank of Moldova has said.

The Financial Education Camp is staged by the National Bank of Moldova in summer in partnership with the Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” as part of the financial education project “Give Sense to Money”.
