The storm of this afternoon downed trees in Chisinau. Three of them fell onto vehicles. Nobody was hurt. The trolleybus service on Muncesti St was disrupted after a number of electric cables were torn.

Chisinau Electric Transport Company director Gheorghe Morgoci has told IPN that the problem was fixed and the trolleybuses were back on routes in 15 minutes.

According to the head of the Green Areas Managing Association Eliferii Haruta, the wind downed trees on seven streets in Chisinau. The enterprise’s teams are working to remove them.
