The Party of Socialists (PSRM) said it will make its subsequent actions public only after all the legal procedures are over and the Constructional Court passes a final judgement on the validation of the election outcome, IPN reports.
“Any statement and any type of letters from so-called pro-European political parties are premature at this stage. We, the Socialists, challenged the results of the elections in a number of constituencies. Currently, we perform a parallel vote count whose results will provide a picture of the whole electoral process,” it is said in a press release of the party.
The PSRM thanked once again the people who took part in the parliamentary elections, first of all those who voted for the Party of Socialists and its candidates in single-member constituencies. The party noted that even if the election campaign ended last Sunday, this weekend the PSRM will stage the days of informing the people about what it did during many years.
In the parliamentary elections of February 24, the Party of Socialists won 35 seats of MP, 17 of which in single-member constituencies.
