On Sunday, November 3, citizens can request free provisional identity cards based on which to exercise their right to vote in the runoff presidential election. The multifunctional centers of the PSA are open until 09:00 p.m., IPN reports.
The Public Services Agency noted that provisional identity cards are issued at the request of citizens of the Republic of Moldova aged 18 and over. They are provided free of charge to citizens who do not have an identity document or whose identity card is not valid. Also, the identity cards requested earlier will be issued today.
As in the first round on October 20, during the runoff vote all the multifunctional centers of the PSA will work according to a special schedule – between 07:00 a.m. and 09:00 p.m.
On October 20, the PSA centers issued over 1,000 provisional identity cards and almost 1,700 ready identity cards.
