The Promo-LEX Association provides citizens with an email address and a telephone number to which they can report irregularities in the electoral process during the November 3 runoff presidential election, IPN reports.

Citizens are urged to contact the Association at sesizare@promolex.md or on the phone number 068 43 83 23, if they witnessed an unusual situation.

To ensure a fair and transparent electoral process, it is extremely important that the vote is direct, secret and freely expressed. The vote must be exercised without coercion or influence so that the electors have the opportunity to choose their representative without pressure or iinstructions from other people, said Promo-LEX, which manages an election observation mission.
