The Ministry of Health made an order to adjust the prices of over 700 drugs included in the National Catalogue of Producer Prices. As a result of the depreciation of the national currency, the prices of medicines will rise by 8.03% on average compared with the corresponding period last year, IPN reports.
Of the over 7000 types of drugs, 318 are European medicines, 192 are national drugs, 88 are made in the CIS, while 107 in other countries.
Among the drugs that will grow dearer are Bilobil forte in capsules, Pikovit Forte in dragees, the pills Ampril, Enap and Nalgesin, and the injectable solution Cerebrolysin etc.
