Person from outside AEI proposes statutes for Alliance

A person from outside the Alliance for European Integration (AIE) suggested a draft statute for the Alliance to the four Liberal-Democratic parties – the PLDM, PL, PDM and AMN. “It is a well-defined document that can be useful,” Iurie Colesnic, vice president of the Moldova Noastra Alliance, has told Info-Prim Neo. Asked to say what the document contains, Iurie Colesnic said that it defines the AEI and the game rules inside the coalition. “The AEI is an electoral block that must have a statute that would enable it to act,” Iurie Colesnic said. The leaders of the PLDM, PL and PDM could not be found for comment. The Communists have repeatedly stated that they do not recognize the Alliance as they saw only a ’piece of paper’ signed by the four leaders and the Alliance does not have a legal status. ’The Communists believe that everything can be done at once. Lenin also wanted to build communist during one day, but it did not happen so,” the historian Iurie Colesnic said. He also said that the declaration on the constitution of the AEI made public by the leaders of the four parties is political and cannot be challenged. “In trade, politics and several other sectors, the uttered world can be considered an accomplishment.” Asked when the statute of the AEI will be adopted, Iurie Colesnic said that the document must be first examined by the four parties separately. “Prudent steps must be taken before signing it.” The Alliance for European Integration was formed by four parties of the five that entered the Parliament. It holds 53 seats of MP of the 101. The PCRM has 48 seats and wants to form a wide, left-wing coalition.
