If parliamentary elections took place in Moldova next Sunday, the Communists Party (PCRM) would win most of the votes – 25% of the poll, says the Public Opinion Barometer (POB), which is the last survey presented before the November 28 elections. The PLDM would poll 21%, the PDM – 10%, while the PL - 8% of the vote. The fifth parliamentary party – the AMN – would gain 0.5% of the poll and would not pass the election threshold of 4%, Info-Prim Neo reports. The head of the Public Policy Institute Arcadie Barbarosie said the PL would be followed by the PNL and PPCD with less than 1% of the vote. The undecided voters make up over 26%. Arcadie Barbarosie said 37% of the decided respondents would vote for the PCRM, 31% for the PLDM, 14% for the PDM, 12% for the PL, while 0.7% for the AMN. 27% of the 61% of the respondents who said they will definitely take part in elections would vote for the PLDM, 24% for the PCRM, 12% for the PDM, while 10% for the PL. According to the poll, four parties would enter Parliament: the PCRM (39%), the PLDM (33%), the PDM (16%), and the PL (13%). The Public Opinion Barometer was carried out by the Marketing and Polling Institute IMAS-INC Chisinau between October 17 and November 7. It covered a sample of 1,104 persons. The margin of sampling error is +3%. According to the Vox Populi survey presented by the Association of Sociologists and Demographers on November 12, the PCRM would poll 28% of the vote if legislative elections were held next Sunday. The PLDM would gain 16% of the poll, the PDM - 10%, the PL - 9%, while the AMN – 5%.
