The parliamentary group of the PCRM Tuesday asked for another break as they have not yet decided who to field for Deputy Speaker, Info-Prim Neo reports. In the extraordinary session of the legislature, Communist lawmaker Maria Postoico said the Communist parliamentary group asks for more time to select a candidate, but did not specify how much time. The Head of Parliament, first Deputy Speaker and a Deputy Speaker were voted in at the first sitting of the legislative body on December 30. Then, the PCRM asked for a break until January 17 so as to decide whether to propose a candidate for the second post of Deputy Speaker or not. Before Tuesday's sitting of Parliament, the Communist leader Vladimir Voronin told the press that they have candidates for all the posts.
