The MPs will have a sitting on April 7. The legislature’s Standing Bureau approved the draft agenda of the plenary sittings of April 7-14. The MPs are to give a final reading to the bill to ratify the financing contract between the Republic of Moldova and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for implementing the Moldovan Energy Efficiency Project, IPN reports.

The following bills are to be given a second reading: the bill to amend the Law on the Prosecution Service; the bill to amend the Tax Code and the Contravention Code; the bills to amend the law on banking activity, the law on nonbank lending organizations, the law on the organization of the judiciary and the law on the status of judge. The bills on insurance and reinsurance and on quality of atmospheric air will be debated in the final reading.

Also, the MPs will give a first reading to the bill on dual education, the bill on condominium, the bill to amend the law on social assistance and the bill to amend the law on natural gas.

The sitting on April 7 starts at 12:30pm.
