More than 450 employees of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations will be on duty on the Eastern night this year to ensure fire safety and the security of citizens. The rescuers and firefighters will work round-the-clock, with over 100 rescue and fire trucks being at their disposal, IPN reports.
To avoid emergencies during the Easter holidays, the people are urged to strictly obey the fire safety rules, especially when using candles and other sources of fire. The churches should be outfitted with fire safety equipment, while at home the fire should be supervised and children should not be allowed to stay close to sources of fire.
The persons are warned not to block the access ways of rescue and fire trucks with the own means of transport.
In situations of risk, the citizens should call the 112 Service.
