More than 31,000 consumers contacted Moldovagaz in 2024 through the telephone line 1304. Of the total number of calls, about 30,000 came from residents of Chisinau, IPN reports, referring to the company's public relations service.
Over 16,000 people asked for information about the payment of the bill. More than 700 people inquired about compensations, and over 5,000 informed about the absence of bills or about errors in the bills. Over 7,000 customers put technical questions or inquired about the contractual relations.
The call center's working hours are Monday through Friday, from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. The number 904 is available round-the-clock for emergency situations.
In the commercial office located in Chisinau, more than 43,000 consumers were served in 2024, and more than 6,800 applications were processed online.
Moldovagaz also implemented a support system on Telegram. Questions from consumers are accepted 24/24 and answers are provided by the company's specialists from Monday through Friday.
