OSCE launches the observation of the trial processes for improving the judicial system in Moldova
OSCE Mission in Moldova announced on Monday, 20 March, launching of a new observation network of trials, which will increase the trust of citizens into judicial system and to stimulate knowledge of court procedures by the civil society, according to OSCE press release.
The mission informs that the launching ceremony will be held in the headquarters of the OSCE Mission in Moldova, on Tuesday, 21 March, at 17.00. it mentioned that thirty jurist students and staring jurists as well as representatives of NGOs were trained to be observers within the trials and will get diplomas in the presence of the deputy prime minister, Valerian Cristea, the head of the Supreme Court of Magistrate, Valeria Sterbet and General Prosecutor Valeriu Balaban.
