During the National Wine Day, the organizers aim to persuade the visitors to be responsible consumers of wine. For the purpose, there will be staged a Wine School. There were provided graduated glasses and launched a consumer’s guide “so that the holiday is tasted, not drunk”, Gheorghe Arpentin, director of the National Office of Vine and Wine, said in a press briefing held before the official opening of the National Wine Day, IPN reports.
According to Gheorghe Arpentin, besides responsible drinking, there will also be promoted eco-responsibility so that all the waste is recycled after the holiday. A sector was set up in the Great National Assembly Square to ensure the visitors’ comfort so that they easier pass from the wine stands to the gastronomic area, etc. Towards evening, the guests will be able to taste wines on a different way, in the form of cocktails.
