The Ministry of Justice drafted a bill that adjusts the existing normative framework concerning the state registration of legal entities and private entrepreneurs and submitted it to the Government, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué of the Ministry.
Under the bill, the applicant for registration will pay only one visit to the one-stop shop for starting and/or developing a business (besides the final visit for receiving the package of documents). The one-stop shop will check the name of the legal entity, will register the constitution documents and will issue an extract from the State Register. The information will be published in the Official Electronic Bulletin of the State Registration Chamber.
The charges on state registration and services provided by the registering body will be regulated in an annex to the Law on the State Registration of Legal Entities and Private Entrepreneurs.
The bill reduces the period of time for registering a business from five to three workdays. The urgency regime (within 24 hours, four hours and one hour), where higher charges are levied, will continue to be used.
In a move to implement the strategic program for technological modernization of governance, the public authorities will be presented information from the State Register free only in electronic format. The information from the State Register of Legal Entities and Private Entrepreneurs will be available gratis on the website of the State Registration Chamber.
