A 24-year-old man, who was driving a car, was killed in a road accident in Truseni village of Chisinau municipality on April 30, at about 01.30. Another two occupants of the car, aged 24 and 25, were admitted to the Chisinau Emergency Hospital, IPN reports.

Adrian Jovmir, head of the press service of the Chisinau Police Division, said the car by which the young men traveled skidded off the road, overturned and hit a concrete fence, being projected into a tree. As a result, the driver died on the spot.

In extrication team was called to take the young men out of the car. It’s not yet known if the driver was under the influence of alcohol. The police do not rule out the possibility that the driver was speeding.
