The Chisinau Municipal Council and the Moscow City Duma will sign a cooperation agreement. Such a commitment was made by the chairman of the Our Home – Moldova Party Oleg Onishchenko, who runs for the mayoralty of Chisinau. On June 1, the candidate paid a visit to the Russian capital, where he discussed the signing of the agreement. Oleg Onishchenko has told Info-Prim Neo that such an agreement would enable to implement new projects in economy, culture and education. “The Moscow administration is open for cooperation,” said the candidate. Moscow City Duma head Vladimir Platonov agreed to pay a visit to Chisinau in October, together with other representatives of the local administration. Oleg Onishchenko is under No. 4 in the ballot for the mayoral elections.
