The persons aged 60 and up who achieved special results in different areas of activity can compete in the 2021 National Award Contest for older persons titled “For Active Life at any Age”. The contest was launched by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection on the occasion of the International Day of Older Persons, IPN reports.

Those who want to take part in the contest can file applications until September 10 inclusive. The examination commission will analyze the files and will choose the awardees until September 16.

The file must contain the full name of the competing institution or person, the curriculum vitae, a letter of recommendation, materials showing the achievements in one of the following areas: cultural-artistic, technical-scientific, civic, medicine, entrepreneurship, agriculture, education, sport, and information technology.

The winners will receive Diplomas confirming the title of Laureate of the Award for Older Persons and a money award.

The files can be sent to the address of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection located at Chisinau, 2 Vasile Alecsandri St or to the email address olga.gotmaniuc@msmps.gov.md, with the mention “National Award “For Active Life at any Age”.
