Oazu Nantoi: Parliamentary parties pose a threat to Moldova’s statehood

The parliamentary parties deteriorated so much that they pose a threat to Moldova’s statehood, political analyst Oazu Nantoi said in the program “Place for dialogue” on Radio Moldova station, IPN reports.

“The Republic of Moldova is a captive state and the captivity was established by Vladimir Plahotniuc. If what happened in our country had occurred in other countries, two thirds of the political class would have been jailed. They ignore the economic situation and the poverty in which the people live,” stated the analyst.

As to the dispute between the PDM and PLDM, Oazu Nantoi said this is competition between two parties. “It’s not known when this ambiguity ends. Plahotniuc went through a long process to reach this stage. The PLDM, which made many mistakes, is trying to thwart his plans,” he stated.

Oazu Nantoi called on the people not to believe the statements made by the politicians. “The actions and statements of the politicians show the rottenness of our political system. The people should not believe the cynical statements of the politicians,” he said.
