The National Securities Commission (NSC) approved last week the disposal to unblock the bank accounts of the “Crio-Izvorul” JSC. This disposal unblocked the bank accounts of the “Crio-Izvorul” JSC as result of the compliance with the legislation. Previously, through a disposal from August 3, 2006, NSC ordered joint stock companies to obey the current legislation in terms of presenting reports on the financial and economic activities for 2005 and set a 15 deadline for the presentation of these reports. Also last week, NSC approved the registration of a purchase offer of shares of the “Taraclia wood processing factory” JSC. The subject of this purchase offer are 35 286 shares of the “Taraclia wood processing factory” joint stock company at their nominal price of MDL 10. The offer came from Enache Alexandru, who has to buy all the proposed shares under the mentioned conditions during 40 days. The intermediaries in this offer are the „DAAC Invest” Ltd financial company and the „Registru-Corect” JSC independent registration company.
