NSC registers assets of “Dogmat Credit”
The National Securities Commission (NSC) has registered the securities of “Dogmat Credit” Company in the State Register of Securities.
The securities authorised to be placed by “Dogmat Credit” total MDL 3.32 mln (nominal value of one share – MDL 1). The founders of this close-type joint stock company are two entities registered in Ukraine.
NSC has also approved the registration of the supplementary issuance of shares belonging to the close-type joint stock company “Confal” to the total sum of MDL 142 thousand, the shares being paid with equipment, and of “Butoias” JSC to the total sum of MDL 57 thousand.
At the meeting held last week, NSC approved the decision on offering a new license for professional activity in the securities market to the Rating and Estimation Agency “Estimator-VM”. The Agency was offered a new license for a period of 5 years, having this way the right to perform the activity related to the estimation of securities and assets.
