No Moldovan citizens harmed in 5 explosions from Turkey
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration from Chisinau announced that no Moldovan citizens were harmed in 5 explosions from the past 2 days from Turkey.
Ministry sources have told Info-Prim Neo that until this moment the Turkish officials haven’t informed the Moldovan Embassy about any victims from Moldova.
According to the international press, three explosions took place in the city of Marmaris during the night from Sunday to Monday. As result of one explosion, 11 Turkish citizens and 10 UK tourists injured. At the same time, another 6 Turks were injured in an explosion from Istanbul. Monday, August 28, another terrorist act took place in Antalya, and as a result 4 persons died and 65 received injuries. Amongst the injured there are 2 citizens of the Russian Federation.
During this year alone, there were 30 terrorist acts in Turkey, with a 13 casualties and some 200 injured.
