Nisporeni District Council declaims against anti-Romanian actions of central authorities
The Nisporeni District Council met Thursday, December 20, to put together a declaration of protest and condemnation of the anti-Romanian actions of the Communist government which culminated with the expulsion of two Romanian diplomats on December 12, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to the district councillors, the Communist leadership of Moldova, with President Vladimir Voronin heading it, has built its state policies, both domestic and foreign, on an unprecedented aggression against Romania. On internal level, the Communist government promotes Romanian-phobia, segregation, and a belligerent attitude towards what we call Romanian, while internationally these policies take the shape of anti-Romanian actions within the EU.
All in all, it appears that the Communist regime is suffering a profound crisis and attacks of panic as the 2009 legislative elections approach, the declaration reads.
Last week the Causeni District Council also released a declaration of condemnation of the anti-diplomatic outbursts of the Moldovan government that have led to the deterioration of relations with Romania.
