Deputy Prime Minister Nicu Popescu, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, is paying a working visit to Brussels in connection with the presentation by the European Commission of the EU’s Enlargement Report, IPN reports.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Nicu Popescu will have meetings with Gert Jan Koopman, Director General for Neighborhood and Enlargement Negotiations, Thérèse Blanchet, Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union, and Ilze Juhansone, Secretary-General of the European Commission.
Deputy Premier Popescu will also take part in an event entitled “2023 Enlargement Package of the European Commission and Moldova’s European Path”.
