The Chisinau International Airport introduces new rules of movement with dedicated lanes to streamline traffic in the perimeter of the Airport. The works on the delimitation of travel spaces started on Monday, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the institution.
The first lane is intended for public transport and vehicles of those who bring passengers and this will be allowed to park for a maximum of three minutes.
The second lane is intended only for taxies. The transport units involved in the provision of taxi services will take passengers on a first-come, first-served basis.
The third lane will be used by units of transport that enter the airport parking lot or that leave the perimeter of the terminal.
The representatives of the Chisinau Airport urge compliance with the road traffic rules and warn that, otherwise, they reserve the right to notify the competent bodies, the Police of the Republic of Moldova and the National Motor Transport Agency so as to ensure quality transport services, smooth movement and safety for all passengers.
