Negotiations at Moscow upon the Transnistran Dispute

Mediators and observers at the negotiations upon the Transnistrain Conflict will meet on Wednesday, April 19, at Moscow were negotiations for settling the conflict in “3+2” format will take place. The last negotiation round in ‘5+2” format upon the Transnistrian conflict took place on February 27-28. The negotiations where then interrupted because of “not identyifing a compromise solution”, especially regarding the Dorotcaia Crisis. The next round, according to some preliminary agreements between the mediators and observers was to take place on April 4-5 but the sides didn’t come to an agreement.
