The residents who have external commitments can remotely notify the National Bank of Moldova (NBM). For the purpose, a webpage that is part of the information system of the National Bank of Moldova on licensing, authorization and notification was made available, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the central bank.
The platform can be used to notify of external commitments and report related operations with mPass authentication and the application of the user’s electronic signature.
Residents wishing to notify the NBM of new external commitments, which haven’t been yet notified, can do it directly on the webpage, following the instructions in the User’s Guide. At the same time, those who wish to notify the National Bank of the modification of the external commitments that were previously recorded by the NBM on paper are to initially submit a request to the NBM, in accordance with the Instruction on notification of external commitments.
