The 21st exhibition “Made in Moldova” will have a new logo – Moldova’s map surrounded by a circle that signifies the unity and mobility of entrepreneurs, the authorities and consumers for developing the national economy. The exhibition will take place at Moldexpo Center during January 31 – February 4. Romanian companies that invested in Moldova are also invited, IPN reports.
Sergiu Harea, president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), told a news conference that the exhibition is designed to support and promote the national producers, to show the tendencies in the work of national companies. “This year, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova came with a new concept. You will enjoy many new surprises as regards the event organization stylistics and many novelties in the staging of exhibition activities,” stated Sergiu Harea.
Vasile Şarban, secretary of state of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, said that it is not sufficient to fabricate products of a high quality, in large quantities and of a good taste as promotion is as important. The Ministry will therefore further promote this event and will call on entrepreneurs, processors and famers to take part in the event. “We, together with the CCI, which is an important partner in this ring, must orient all the stakeholders of this value chain to work hand in hand towards achieving a goal”. “As regards the policies, we will continue to offer subsidies to agricultural producers and processors so that they could diversify their range of products,” stated the functionary.
The exhibition will occupy an area of over 3,000 square meters. The organizers aim to bring together 450 companies and over 60,000 visitors. In 2024, the exhibition will have several sectors grouped according to the areas of activity.
The companies interested in taking part in the event can file applications to the Business Events, Fairs and Exhibitions Division of Moldova’s CCI from November 27 until January 15.
