MPs to debate no-confidence motion on Thursday

The MPs on Thursday will discuss the no-confidence motion against the Gavrilița Government that was proposed by the parliamentary group of the Bloc of Communists and Socialists. The agenda of the sitting was agreed by the Parliament’s Standing Bureau, IPN reports.

The MPs will also give a first reading to the bill to increase the pay grades for community social workers and professional parent assistants with higher technical education and the amendments to the Tax Code and the Law on the Prosecution Service.

The agenda also includes the discussion of the bill on the main radiological security requirements and the amendments to the Law on local Public Administration and the ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and Qatar on the abolition of short-stay visas for holders of ordinary passports and the Agreement on social security between the Republic of Moldova and Spain.

The plenary sitting starts at 3pm.
